Therapy for the things you're carrying, the challenges you're facing, and the person you're becoming.
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally drained, navigating a difficult season, or simply finding it hard to feel like yourself, you don't have to work through it alone.
At New Heights Therapy, I provide a compassionate, supportive space for adults to explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and develop tools to support their mental health and well-being.
You don't need to be in crisis or have a specific diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, you just need a space to pause, reflect, and focus on yourself.

Your Journey Towards a Better You:
FAQ:
What can I expect from my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been happening in your life, and what you'd like support with. We'll also talk about your goals and begin developing a plan for therapy. You don't need to prepare anything in advance.
How many sessions and how often will I need?
This depends on your needs, goals, and circumstances. Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions, and frequency can be adjusted as things change. We'll work together to determine what feels appropriate for you. There's no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some people benefit from short-term, focused therapy, while others prefer longer-term support. The length of therapy depends on what you're working through and what you hope to accomplish.
What if I don't know exactly what I need help with?
That's completely okay. You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis, a clear explanation, or a list of goals. Part of therapy can be figuring out what's contributing to how you're feeling and identifying what you'd like to change.
Is therapy only for mental health concerns?
No. Therapy can also be helpful when you're navigating a major life change, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, grief, identity questions, work-related stress, or simply wanting to better understand yourself and your patterns.
What if I'm not sure which type of therapy I need?
You don't need to figure that out before reaching out. If you're unsure whether Adult Therapy, Women's Mental Health, or another area of support is the right fit, we can talk through what you're experiencing and determine the best place to start.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. Virtual therapy is available for clients who are located in Alberta and prefer to attend sessions from home or another private space.

You Deserve a Space to Pause, Reflect & Feel Supported
Sometimes, reaching out for support is the first step toward feeling more like yourself again. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin.
Therapy offers a space to pause, feel understood, and work through whatever you're carrying—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
If you feel ready to explore whether therapy could be helpful, I'd be happy to connect.
